Philip
Warner, OBE
Philip Warner has been involved
with the design, manufacture and sales of luxury goods for over seventeen years. Prior to founding his own business he was the U.S.
President of British Luxury Retailer, Asprey.
Educated at The King's School,
Worcester and a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst,
Philip served as an officer with the 4th Royal Tank Regiment in
Germany, Australia, Scotland and the Falkland Islands. Following
his military career, he joined renowned British retailer Waitrose
where he developed his skills in retail operations and customer
service.
Philip joined Asprey in New York
in 1989 where he combined his personal passion for art and creativity
with his managerial and retail experience. His early years were
spent working with craftsmen and workshops in Europe furthering
his knowledge of stone cutting, jewelry construction, silversmithing,
leather manufacturing techniques and bookbinding. Later, following
his appointment as President, he directed the design and launch
of Asprey's hugely successful 'Sunflower' and 'Daisy' jewelry collections.
In 2001, Philip was appointed an
OBE for services to British commercial interests in the USA. He
is a Director of British American Business Inc. and serves on the committees of the New York based charities of Lenox Hill Neighborhood
House, The Museum of the City of New York and The St. George's
Society.
Launching his own business on Valentines'
Day 2005 has enabled Philip to continue his passion to produce
superb quality goods together with the highest standards of personal
service for discerning clients worldwide. |
